Job Summary
Deliver patient-centered care in the Med/Surg unit by conducting thorough assessments, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs. Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement individualized care plans, manage medical equipment, and respond to emergencies including code team activities. Provide patient and family education on conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care while adhering to infection control protocols and safety goals. Maintain accurate documentation and participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting
- RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure
- BCLS - Basic Life Support

- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation
