Job Summary
Provide administrative oversight and direction for the Medical/Surgical Department, including planning, directing, leading, and evaluating nursing care. Manage day-to-day unit staffing by creating schedules, providing coverage for vacations and illnesses, and filling shifts as needed. Lead participation in the Swing Bed Program, driving its development, implementation, and evaluation. Requires a Registered Nurse with two to three years of management experience and certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS.

Desired Qualifications
- Two to three years of management and/or supervisory experience preferred
- Medical/Surgical experience in a similar size hospital preferred
- Knowledge of Swing Bed requirements/regulations preferred
