Med Surg Clinical Nurse Part time Days

Provides direct patient care activities in the Medical-Surgical unit, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Delivers patient- and family-centered care, educates patients and families on illness management and post-treatment home care, and develops individual care plans with the interprofessional team. Participates in patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance activities; communicates plans of care across the continuum; utilizes critical nursing skills to address physical, psychosocial, emotional, cultural and patient-preference needs.
