Med Surg Clinical Nurse Part Time

Provides direct patient care on the 19-bed Three South Medical/Surgical Unit, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation in collaboration with interprofessional team and patient/family. Delivers patient- and family-centered care, educates patients on illness/injury management and post-treatment needs, and communicates plans across the continuum of care. Maintains high standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; participates in professional development and the BJC RN Career Ladder progression. Promotes patient safety, quality, and regulatory adherence; role may involve to move up ladder levels with differential pay. Requires RN licensure with preferred BSN and Med Surg experience; safety-sensitive position.
