Med Surg Clinical Nurse - Nights

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for medical and surgical patients on a 19-bed unit. Educate patients and families on illness management, post-treatment home care, and medication administration. Collaborate with the interprofessional team to develop and document individual plans of care with defined goals, ensuring communication across the continuum. Proactively assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Work in a constant state of alertness as a safety-sensitive position.
