Med Surg Clinical Nurse - Nights

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for the 19-bed Three South Medical/Surgical Unit on a 24-hour night shift. Educate patients and families on illness management, medication administration, and post-treatment home care needs while promoting patient safety and regulatory compliance. Develop and document individual plans of care in collaboration with the interprofessional team, ensuring communication across the continuum of care. Utilize critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, including cultural and spiritual preferences.
