Med Surg Clinical Nurse

Med Surg Clinical Nurse on the 3 South unit at Memorial Belleville. Provides direct patient care including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation within nursing standards. Includes promoting patient and family-centered care, patient education on illness management and post-treatment home care, and ensuring communication of care plans across the care continuum. Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs; collaborates with the interprofessional team; supports professional development and adherence to safety and regulatory requirements. RN license required; Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree required; BSN preferred with BSN differential and opportunities for advancement through the BJC RN Career Ladder. Role is full-time days with a sign-on bonus up to $15,000; benefits eligible.
