Med Surg Cardiac Clinical Nurse - Part Time - Nights

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care for adult medical/surgical, telemetry, and cardiac catheterization patients on the 5th floor. Educate patients and families on illness management, medication administration, and post-treatment home care needs. Develop and document individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team, ensuring communication across the continuum of care. Promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while addressing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.
