Med Surg Cardiac Clinical Nurse - Part Time

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care for adult medical/surgical, telemetry, and cardiac patients pre- and post-procedure, including those with respiratory, renal, and tracheostomy needs. Educate patients and families on illness management, home care, and medication administration while promoting patient safety and regulatory compliance. Develop individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team, ensuring communication across the continuum. Utilize critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, including cultural and spiritual preferences.
