Med Surg Cardiac Clinical Nurse - Nights

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for adult medical/surgical, telemetry, and cardiac patients on the 5th floor, including those pre- and post-cardiac catheterizations, PTCA, vascular interventions, and respiratory or renal issues. Educate patients and families on illness management, home care, and medication administration while promoting patient safety and regulatory compliance. Develop individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team, ensuring communication across the continuum. Utilize critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, including cultural and spiritual preferences. This safety-sensitive role requires constant alertness and is open to RNs with BSN preference and Med Surg/Telemetry experience.
