Med Surg Cardiac Clinical Nurse - Nights

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care for adult medical/surgical and telemetry patients pre- and post-cardiac catheterizations, surgical procedures, PTCA, vascular interventions, and respiratory or renal conditions. Educate patients and families on illness management, home care needs, and medication administration while promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with the interprofessional team to develop and document individualized plans of care, ensuring communication across the continuum of care. Maintain a constant state of alertness in a safety-sensitive environment.
