Med Surg Cardiac Clinical Nurse

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care for adult medical/surgical, telemetry, and cardiac patients pre- and post-cardiac catheterizations, PTCA, and vascular interventions. Manage respiratory and renal patients, including those with new tracheostomies, while educating families on illness management and post-treatment home care. Collaborate with the interprofessional team to develop individualized plans of care with defined goals and ensure communication across the continuum. Maintain patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while promoting patient-centered care in a Magnet-recognized environment. Requires RN license, BSN preferred, and telemetry experience.
