Med Surg Cardiac Clinical Nurse

Provide direct patient care on the Med Surg Cardiac unit with a focus on telemetry-heavy cardiac care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. Deliver care for adults pre- and post-cardiac procedures (e.g., catheterizations, PTCA, vascular interventions) and patients requiring telemetry monitoring, with emphasis on safety, patient education, and family involvement. Participate in the BJC RN Career Ladder process, professional development, and adherence to standards of nursing care, ensuring effective communication of care plans across the care continuum. Requires a Nursing License (RN) with BSN degree preferred; role emphasizes nursing excellence, leadership, collaboration, and advancement opportunities within Magnet-recognized Memorial facilities. Shift: FT Nights with bonuses and differential as described.
