Job Summary
RN (Registered Nurse) in Med Surg unit responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care; collaborates with interdisciplinary team to develop and update individualized plans of care, directs care delivery, maintains timely documentation, and ensures adherence to licensure and professional standards; requires current RN license, BLS, and BSN by the 2025 update; 36-hour scheduled week with compensation based on an hourly range in Denver, CO; strong emphasis on critical thinking, patient evaluation, care coordination, and communication.
Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required by 4/27/2025 or already obtained
