Job Summary
Answer phones, manage appointments, and check guests in and out while actively selling memberships, retail products, and service enhancements. Coach the front desk team on sales techniques, guest service, and rebooking strategies to maximize provider schedules and fill open time slots. Ensure daily spa standards are met, maintain a clean retail area, and communicate team performance to the Spa Manager. This hands-on role requires leading by example at the front desk alongside Guest Services staff to drive location growth.
Required Qualifications
- Previous spa, salon, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Medical spa experience and/or Medical Assistant experience is a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable with sales and asking for the sale
- Ability to lead while also being an active member of the front desk team
- Positive, professional, dependable, and organized
- Able to multitask in a busy environment
- Comfortable handling guest concerns and solving problems
