Lead the aesthetic injector team by mentoring staff, expanding team size, and driving growth in both volume and experience. Conduct daily injections of neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and biostimulators while applying advanced facial anatomy knowledge to build personalized treatment plans for guests. Maintain licensure as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant and collaborate closely with mentors to uphold high clinical standards. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Aesthetic Injector
- Licensed as a nurse practitioner or physician's assistant
- Very well versed in all things aesthetics
- Knowledge of facial anatomy
- Knowledge of neuro toxins
- Knowledge of dermal fillers
- Knowledge of biostimulators
- Team player mindset
- Willingness to grow the team by both size and experience
