Job Summary
Med Peds Physician for outpatient primary care clinic in Maple Grove, MN. Works with a 38-member team including sports medicine, eye exams, medical imaging, and mental health services. Role involves in-clinic care for patients of all ages, collaborating with mental health and integrative health services, participating in quality improvement, and providing whole-person care in a multidisciplinary setting. Requires MD/DO (or foreign equivalent), ABMS/AOA BE/BC, MN license, ability to obtain MN DEA and NPI, and credentialing/hospital privilege eligibility. Clinic hours Mon-Fri 7am-5pm; 40-hour work week with minimal call; EMR: Excellian. Location: Maple Grove, MN. Salary range: $290,500–$339,800+ annually, with comprehensive benefits including relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- MD, DO, or foreign equivalency training required
- BE/BC with ABMS or AOA required
- Active, non-restricted medical license in MN
- Ability to obtain and/or maintain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI)
- Ability to meet criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and hospital privileges, if applicable
- BLS
