Med Passer - Resident Assistant

Assist residents with daily living activities including grooming, eating, dressing, and bathing while encouraging maximum functional capability. Guide residents through personal hygiene, toileting, and range of motion exercises to improve quality of life. Prepare and maintain resident charts to document progress, report condition changes to supervisors, and collect specimens for testing. Perform healthcare tasks such as monitoring vital signs and administering medication under nurse direction. Serve prepared food and guide residents with proper eating techniques. Maintain a safe, clean environment by changing linens, cleaning rooms and dining areas, and following established safety and regulatory policies. Attend training opportunities to develop skills. CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
