Job Summary
Answer phones, greet visitors, and manage reception and clerical support for the radiology office. Coordinate leadership calendars, oversee the Executive Giving Society program by creating solicitation lists and tracking progress, and organize the Gift Planning Continuing Education webinar series. Prepare documents, file records, and track project timelines and performance using spreadsheets and reports. Serve as a leadership member on the Employee Engagement Committee. Requires three years of clerical experience, 60 WPM typing speed, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Full-time third shift role at Kettering Health.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3 years clerical experience
- Able to type 60 WPM
- Intermediate computer skills
- Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft office suite
- Project management
- Proficient in Microsoft Work, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to oversee leadership calendars
