Job Summary
Life Services Coordinator - Caregiver for Maggie’s Place Memory Care team. Responsible for maximizing residents’ independence by delivering personal care, social and recreational activities, meals, and other tasks per Resident Service Plans; monitor health status and report changes to nurse; assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, meal service, housekeeping, laundry, and activity engagement; maintain safety, infection control, and residents’ rights; participate in facility meetings and trainings; provide companionship and engage residents in spiritual, educational, games, music, and physical activities.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- Prefer 1-2 years’ experience with individuals with dementia, preferably memory care setting
