Job Summary
Monitor testing actively and evaluate work quality while overseeing colleagues' training and performance. Manage material resources, provide a communication interface, and ensure regulatory compliance within a safe environment for all colleagues, visitors, and patients. Foster teamwork and demonstrate integrity, compassion, and respect in alignment with I CARE values. This role reports to the Med Lab Manager and supports TMH's advanced care programs across a 21-county region in North Florida and South Georgia.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a laboratory science or medical laboratory technology from an accredited institution
- Licensed by the Florida Board of Clinical Laboratory Personnel as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist in accordance with Florida Statutes (FS), Title XXXII (Regulation of Professions and Occupations), Chapter 483 (Health Testing Services), Part I (Clinical Laboratory Personnel) with added specialties in clinical chemistry, and/or hematology, and/or microbiology, and/or serology
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license
