Med Lab Manager

Create an optimal environment for medical laboratory personnel in the Emergency Center Northeast to provide quality patient care. Provide technology, supplies, policies, and procedures for quality work while serving as the interface with administration and clients. Hold primary responsibility for scheduling, evaluating, and directing staff members. Evaluate the lab's work quality, prepare and monitor the section budget, and ensure compliance with Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare, The Joint Commission, and the College of American Pathologists policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. This role reports to the Director/Lab Services and supervises Med Lab Technologists and Technicians.
