Med Care Manager

Administer medications and treatments per physician orders while following the Six Rights of Medication Administration. Document in MAR/TAR accurately and in real time, observe residents during and after medication passes, and monitor symptoms to administer relief as ordered. Report refusals or concerns promptly, complete narcotic counts per policy, and maintain clean, organized medication carts and rooms. Follow infection control and safety standards to prevent errors and protect resident safety. This role ensures residents receive care safely, accurately, and with dignity at Sunrise Senior Living.
