Med Appointment Aide/Transport

Coordinate medical appointments for residents with developmental disabilities and special needs, including scheduling and transporting individuals to their appointments. Assist with direct care responsibilities and support community-based appointments, maintaining flexibility for occasional long or out-of-town visits. Maintain a good driving record and possess computer skills to manage scheduling tasks. This role supports Rock House's mission to touch lives by providing essential transportation and coordination services for adult individuals with special needs.
