Job Summary
Join The Bristal Assisted Living as a Medication Aide/Technician, where you will assist residents in the safe management of their medications and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). Your role will be vital for ensuring the care and safety of residents, following Medication Administration Records (MAR) and doctors' orders. Ideal candidates will be compassionate, extremely reliable, and capable of working one weekend day per week. A certificate as a Home Health Aide (HHA) and a New Jersey state med tech certification are required.
Required Qualifications
- At least an HHA certificate.
- Hold a New Jersey state med tech certification.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience assisting those with Alzheimer's disease and dementia.
- Solid understanding of MAR’s and doctors’ orders.
