Job Summary
Conduct nightly rounds to ensure the safety of 10 children aged 6 to 12 in an overnight collective setting at Villa Lantana. Maintain a calm, secure environment by monitoring for any signs of dysfunction, conflicts, or emergencies such as fainting or escape attempts. React swiftly to critical situations while strictly adhering to established protocols and ensuring night-specific instructions are followed with discretion. Foster a climate of trust that supports the physical, emotional, and educational needs of the youth.
Required Qualifications
- Titre de Surveillant de nuit qualifié ou diplôme d'État d'Auxiliaire puériculture (DEAP)
- Formation aux gestes de premiers secours
- Expérience dans un poste similaire ou dans l'accompagnement éducatif
- Autonomie
- Fiabilité
