Job Summary
Accompany individuals in their personal development, autonomy, and social insertion by proposing and animating varied socio-educative activities, both collective and individual. Develop educational, cultural, sports, or artistic mediations to foster self-determination while observing, understanding, and adjusting behaviors based on each person's history. Work in close collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to ensure global and coherent support, designing, implementing, and evaluating personalized projects.
Required Qualifications
- Titulaire du diplôme d'État d'Éducateur Spécialisé (DEES)
- Maîtrise des principaux dispositifs et cadres législatifs du secteur social et médico-social
