Job Summary
Operate and commission new production and TGA systems according to the schedule, ensuring reliable plant operation in Class C and D cleanrooms. Perform repairs, maintenance inspections, and preventive maintenance on TGA, water generation, and cooling systems, documenting all activities meticulously. Diagnose faults in pneumatic, electrical, and electronic components and implement corrective measures. Optimize, modify, and expand machinery while supporting equipment management and calibrating measurement devices and sensors. Adhere strictly to safety, labor, and environmental regulations within project teams. Requires a technical vocational qualification, multiple years of experience, and familiarity with GMP environments.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, z. B. als Mechatroniker, Industriemechaniker, Elektroniker für Automatisierungs- oder Betriebstechnik, Prozessleitelektroniker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
- Reinräume unter GMP-Bedingungen oder in vergleichbar regulierten Umgebungen gearbeitet
- fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Elektronik, Pneumatik und Mechanik
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Desired Qualifications
