Job Summary
Conduct independent assembly of complex sub-assemblies and main components for sensor and monitoring systems, including final mounting, alignment, and optical surface cleaning. Execute wiring, soldering, and gluing operations while performing intermediate tests and component interaction checks per specifications. Manage quality assurance and documentation of the entire manufacturing and acceptance process, including order verification and final device acceptance. Requires successful completion of Mechatroniker or Industriemechaniker training, experience with fine-mechanical and optical parts, and SAP proficiency. Join HENSOLDT's Assembly Unstabilized GBS team supporting civil and military customers in protection and surveillance projects.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Industriemechaniker, Mechatroniker oder vergleichbar
- Berufserfahrung in der Montage von optischen und/oder mechanischen Geräten
- Kenntnisse in der Arbeit mit feinmechanischen, elektronischen und optischen Teilen und Baugruppen
- Löt-, Crimp- und Klebekenntnisse
- Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP
- Selbständige Arbeitsweise, Flexibilität sowie Teamfähigkeit
- Ausgeprägtes Leistungs- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse
