Manage planned maintenance, callouts, and service repairs for elevator equipment while ensuring site safety and adhering to strict schedules. Execute operations according to maintenance instructions, maintain proximity stock inventory, and submit accurate time sheets and back reports for e-Optimum. Proactively communicate with customers, end-users, and supervisors regarding ETA, job status, and risk escalations to uphold service quality. Raise sales leads and provide feedback on products, methods, and safety to the PCM organization. May receive training on lift technology and coach nominated personnel.
