Manage customer relationships through proactive on-site communication, ensuring accurate real-time back reporting of work performed at the equipment level. Execute planned maintenance, callouts, and service repairs while maintaining site safety, identifying risks, and applying escalation procedures for high-risk situations. Plan workload in conjunction with the service supervisor, manage proximity stock and spare parts requests, and submit precise time sheets. Raise sales leads to the supervisor and provide training or coaching to nominated personnel. Contribute to product and method improvements via feedback to the PCM organization.
