Mechatronics Technology Program Instructor Full-time

Job Summary
Instructs students in mechatronics technology skills, develops program/course outlines aligned with state standards, evaluates student progress toward goals, manages supplies and equipment budgets, and maintains documentation. Shares responsibilities for safety compliance, supports recruitment, retention, and job placement efforts, and contributes to accreditation/assessment reporting. Requires strong time management, written and verbal communication, and the ability to collaborate with staff and other educators; teaches classroom and lab instruction and may travel to service delivery areas as needed. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel and general computer skills are expected.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree from an accredited college or university in Mechatronics, Industrial Systems, or another related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in Mechatronics or Industrial Maintenance field within the past five years
