Job Summary
Mechatronics Technician I needed to support production, maintain tooling/fixtures, ensure quality by coordinating with Engineering/Quality Control, set up/tear-down tools, maintain safe operations per 6S, and troubleshoot/repair automated equipment including PLCs, robots, and vision systems; responsibilities include programming robots, maintaining CMS records, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- High School or Technical School Diploma, or GED preferred
- one to four years of related experience and/or training or combination of education and experience
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, part drawings, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- ability to write notes
- Ability to calculate basic math, use fractions, decimals and percent
- Ability to apply logical thinking and understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Able to work Saturday and/or Sunday on a rotating basis to meet business needs
