Job Summary
4 Day Work Weeks! Mechatronics & Robotics Technician leads service technicians in the installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will support the Operations Maintenance team by designing solutions for difficult problems and managing projects, and you will help train, and mentor service and contract technicians. Responsibilities include promoting a safe work environment, maintaining/troubleshooting conveyor systems, leading and auditing preventative maintenance procedures, installing and troubleshooting relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, sensors and actuators, creating/closing out work orders with labor hours and parts, maintaining relationships across Operations, and developing training/work plans for service technicians. Physical duties include moving up to 49 lbs and standing/walking for shifts up to 12 hours. Preferred qualifications include an Associate degree or higher in Mechanical/Electrical fields, leadership and vendor management experience, robotics maintenance, CMMS proficiency, and MHE safety knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience conducting preventative maintenance
- 3 + years of experience reading blueprints and schematics
- 2+ years of work order management
