Job Summary

As a Mechatronics Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, integration, and optimization of industrial automation systems. Key responsibilities include analyzing workflows, optimizing production data, developing automation concepts, supporting the building and testing of systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and coordinating projects with stakeholders. You need expertise in PLC and HMI programming, process optimization, integrating controls, and a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering principles. SolidWorks proficiency and excellent communication skills are essential.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical or Mechatronics)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar Automation Engineering role
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience as a mechanical or mechatronics engineer
  • Expertise in industrial automation technologies and control system design
  • Process optimization using lean principles
  • Ability to work with external service providers
  • Strong understanding of electrical and machine safety standards
  • Knowledge and experience in SolidWorks
  • Excellent personal and communication skills
  • Flexibility to travel where required
