Job Summary
Belt Power, LLC. is seeking a Mechatronics Engineer to design, develop, and implement innovative equipment and processes to enhance operational efficiencies. Responsibilities include developing design solutions, troubleshooting manufacturing challenges, and collaborating with engineering teams. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and proficiency in 3D modeling are required. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $70,000 to $85,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and drawing generation using Fusion 360, Inventor, SolidWorks, or Solid Edge
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and verify precise measurements
- Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on skills in machining, wiring, and fabrication
- Demonstrated project management, organizational, prioritization skills with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong math and computer skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
