Job Summary
Mechatronics Assembly Technician responsible for end-to-end assembly of heat seal machines, including mechanical and electronic integration, testing and calibration of finished devices, PCB manufacturing and finishing with soldering of switches and displays, and production of spare parts. Role also involves light warehouse duties and collaboration with logistics. Requires hands-on soldering expertise, mechanical/electrical background, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously across varied tasks (programming a circuit board, building a machine frame, or assisting in the warehouse). Proximity to Almere preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Technical Aptitude: Strong mechanical insight and curiosity about how things work
- Soldering Expertise: PCB soldering with delicate components like switches and displays
- Meticulous Mindset: Pride in details and precise calibration
- All-Round Flexibility: Autonomous worker capable of programming a circuit board, building a machine frame, or helping in the warehouse
