Job Summary
Mechatronics Design Engineer Intern at Danfoss supports creation and improvement of technical documentation for product standards and engineering processes, maintains compliance documentation to meet regulatory requirements, contributes to engineering standards and templates to improve consistency and quality, and assists with internal reviews of design processes and documentation alongside experienced engineers. The role emphasizes hands-on learning, collaboration across teams, and exposure to global engineering projects in a US-based internship.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and collaboration
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail when managing documentation
- Interest in mechanical design, compliance, and engineering processes
