Job Summary
Operate and monitor SoluForce RTP extrusion lines in Enkhuizen, ensuring optimal performance of high-pressure composite pipes for oil, gas, and hydrogen transport. Start, stop, and reconfigure production lines while performing small maintenance tasks and logistigical activities such as forklift work. Register process data and verify product quality against established norms to meet production and quality targets. Participate actively in departmental improvement goals and assist in optimizing the production process.
Required Qualifications
- Mechanische, Elektro- of Proces technische mbo-opleiding
- minimaal niveau 3
- werkervaring als operator in de procesindustrie
- kennis van kunststofverwerking
- kennis van productieprocessen zoals extruderen
- flexibele en betrokken instelling
- vermogen om zelfstandig te werken
- vermogen om in teamverband te werken
- ervaring in de procesindustrie in een ploegendienstsysteem
- communicatieve vaardigheden
- veiligheid hoog in het vaandel hebben staan
