Job Summary
Conventional turning and CNC machining on controlled machining centers, including independent programming and setup using Flex IPS Traub software. Operate according to production drawings and work orders while performing independent quality assurance and documentation for EMPB. Maintain and service machines per the maintenance schedule and handle minor cleaning tasks in the lathery. Provide instruction to apprentices within the turning department. Work in a two-shift operation with flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Feinwerkmechaniker/-in oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Selbstständige und präzise Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Bereitschaft für Zweischichtbetrieb
Desired Qualifications
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Drehen auf gesteuerten Bearbeitungszentren
- Programmierkenntnisse in ISO-Sprache / Kenntnisse in der Programmierung von Traub-CNC-Drehmaschinen
