Job Summary
The role involves evaluating the current workforce and identifying skills gaps, delivering craft training and front-line leadership training, and preparing training materials. It requires collaboration with subject matter experts to develop training manuals and procedures and ensures alignment with management on development plans. The candidate must be NCCER certified in relevant fields, possess a high school diploma, and have significant industry experience as a trainer or field worker.
Required Qualifications
- NCCER Certified in at least one of the following: Boilermaker, Pipefitting, or Millwright
- Highschool Diploma required
- 5+ years of industry related field experience required in either Boilermaker, Pipefitting, or Millwright
- Must be willing to travel up to 40% of the time
- Must contain a TWIC or possess the ability to obtain one
- Must contain a valid Driver's License
- Be able to pass standard background checks and D/A tests
Desired Qualifications
- Training Program Development experience preferred
- 3+ years of experience as a trainer preferred
Additional Requirements
