Job Summary
The role involves evaluating the current workforce and identifying skills gaps, delivering craft training and front-line leadership training, and preparing training materials. The candidate must be NCCER certified in relevant fields, possess a high school diploma, and have significant industry experience as a trainer or field worker.
Required Qualifications
- NCCER Certified in at least one of the following: Boilermaker, Pipefitting, or Millwright
- Highschool Diploma required
- 5+ years of industry related field experience required in either Boilermaker, Pipefitting, or Millwright
- Must be willing to travel up to 40% of the time
- Must contain a TWIC or possess the ability to obtain one
- Must contain a valid Driver's License
- Be able to pass standard background checks and D/A tests
Desired Qualifications
- Training Program Development experience preferred
- 3+ years of experience as a trainer preferred
Additional Requirements
