Job Summary
Oversee production and facility machinery by performing setup, repair, and preventative maintenance on equipment including motors, pumps, and automation systems. Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and mechanical breakdowns using schematics and manuals to restore operations, while coordinating with engineering for upgrades and process support. Manage equipment inventory, order replacement parts, and prepare work reports to document maintenance activities. Maintain shop areas, tools, and grounds to ensure a safe manufacturing environment. Work independently in a fast-paced production setting from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED with minimum 3-5 years of machine maintenance experience
- associate degree in engineering or related education and 1-2 years of related experience
- Proficiency in fixing and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment and facilities
- Knowledge of mechanical devices (i.e. motors, pumps, pneumatic valves)
- Ability to read and understand basic mechanical drawings
- Strong ability to work independently, identify issues, and resolve them efficiently
- Capacity to work effectively in fast-paced production environment
- Willingness and ability to learn and grow with role
- Basic computer skills and aptitude for learning maintenance software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to collaborate with others maintenance activities around the production schedule as needed
- Ability to use machining tools (i.e. lathe, mill) and measuring devices
- Ability to troubleshoot basic electrical devices (i.e. ovens, motor starters, switches, fuses, breakers)
- Ability to read and understand basic wiring diagrams and electrical schematics
- Knowledge of 3-phase electrical power
- Self-driven with strong time management skills

- Must be a US Person due to DDTC and Government Contract flow down requirements
- Must undergo an Export Compliance Assessment

- Must be able to bend, stretch, push, pull, and move as needed to reach, clean, and service machinery
- Must be able to stand on hard surfaces during shift
- Must be able to walk to various stations or areas of the production floor
- Must be able to perform frequent bending, stooping, or kneeling to access machinery, products, or materials
- Must have manual dexterity and ability to handle small tools, parts, and machinery with precision
- Must have visual acuity for reading measurements, instructions, and monitoring equipment
- Must have hearing ability to detect alarms, machinery sounds, or verbal instructions in a noisy environment
