Job Summary
Mechanical Technician at the Molson Coors Coors Brewery in Golden, CO, responsible for maintaining mechanical systems across pumps, valves, and processing equipment, performing troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCFA, 5 Whys, Pareto), using hand tools, power tools, welding and machining where applicable, documenting maintenance in SAP, updating prints and manuals, supporting operations through coaching and SOP development, delivering training to operations and maintenance teams, executing and supporting maintenance plans (overhauls and follow-up work) to ensure equipment reliability, and collaborating with engineering, vendors, and cross-functional teams to identify improvements.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Four years of industrial maintenance and/or four years practical experience in an accredited industrial apprenticeship program
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts and schedules as needed
