Mechanical Technician

Job Summary
Perform routine maintenance on property vehicles (engineering trucks, shuttle vans, electric carts) and tools/equipment, including oil/fluid checks, tire pressure/wear, battery charging, and spark plug replacement; conduct preventative maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication; manage maintenance inventory and requisition parts; maintain daily operation, maintenance, and safety logs with test results and equipment malfunctions; follow safety policies and procedures, communicate professionally, prepare accurate written documents, answer phones, and support teamwork while handling objects up to 50 pounds. Must have technical/ vocational training and 2+ years of related experience.
Required Qualifications
- Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
- At least 2 years of related work experience
- No supervisory experience
