Job Summary
Mechanical Technician at Accor group responsible for continuous operation, preventive maintenance, and repair of the property's mechanical assets. Duties include routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and repairs on mechanical systems; diagnosing faults to minimize disruption to guest areas and hotel operations; ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations; maintaining records of repairs, spare parts inventory, and daily equipment performance logs; responding promptly to urgent maintenance requests with a professional, service-oriented mindset; collaborating with cross-functional hotel teams and external vendors; requires reading mechanical blueprints and manuals and a technical diploma/certification with 3-5 years of experience in a hospitality environment.
Required Qualifications
- Technical diploma, vocational certification, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a mechanical technician
- Strong ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints, technical drawings, and equipment manuals
