Job Summary
Lead problem solving and guide technicians in troubleshooting while carrying out maintenance, repairing, and servicing tasks on ACMV systems including BMS, chilled water, FCU, and AHU. Execute preventive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance activities, then prepare technical reports on breakdowns and track work progress. Manage manpower and resource planning alongside internal stakeholders and external vendors. Requires a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 3 years in HVAC/ACMF, ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings, and computer literacy. Schedule is 5 days, 8:30am–5:30pm with an alternate Saturday shift.

- Min Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Min 3 years in Hvac/ACMV Facilities Management
- Able to understand mechancial and electrical drawings n engineering calculation
- Computer -literate
