Job Summary
The Machine Mechanical Technician will maintain and repair electromechanical drives, sensors, and automated machinery, collaborating with maintenance and engineers to support manufacturing processes. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting, testing, and repairing electronic production equipment, performing electrical and mechanical repairs, and developing an understanding of all electromechanical control systems. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, 3 to 5 years of experience in a high production environment, and skills in troubleshooting CNC/PLC controlled equipment. A thorough understanding of Lock out tag out procedures and the ability to use various shop tools and testing equipment is essential.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- 3 to 5 years in a high production environment
- Troubleshooting and repairing CNC/PLC controlled manufacturing equipment
- Must understand Lock out tag out procedures (LOTO)
Desired Qualifications
- Associates Degree in applicable field preferred but not required
- Experience working with three phase power
- Ability to use all shop tools
- Ability to use all testing and measuring equipment
