Job Summary
Coordinate maintenance and assembly teams while overseeing preventive and corrective operations. Lead installation, assembly, and alignment work for mechanical equipment while ensuring QHSE compliance, technical procedures, and deadline adherence. Track performance metrics and generate activity reports. Requires a Bac+2 degree in Industrial Maintenance or similar, five years of industrial team management experience, and proficiency in mechanical systems, hydraulics, and industrial drawing. English is an asset; Microsoft Office and Power BI skills are required. Required Qualifications
- Bac+2 minimum en Maintenance Industrielle, Électromécanique ou domaine similaire
- Expérience de 5 ans minimum en environnement industriel
- Solides compétences en mécanique

- Usinage conventionnel
- Soudage
- Dessin industriel
- Expérience confirmée en management d'équipes techniques
- Bonne maîtrise du français
- Maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) et Power BI
