Job Summary
Lead mechanical parts development from RFQ → PPAP → mass production; drive project timelines and milestone plans, track progress, identify risks and propose mitigation actions; manage supplier project coordination and communication on delivery, quality, cost, and technical issues with overseas and domestic suppliers; collaborate with R&D, tooling, ME, and QA teams; drive cost optimization initiatives and ensure PPAP documentation and material availability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or similar
- 3–7 years experience in mechanical component development or supply chain
- Strong understanding of mechanical parts processes: CNC machining
- Stamping
- Die casting
- Injection molding
- Surface treatments
- PMP certification is a plus
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- Risk management and mitigation
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Able to communicate with global customers, overseas suppliers and cross-border teams independently
