Job Summary
Manage, monitor, and improve supply chain performance by coordinating supplier development and industrialization. Develop quality documentation for supply controls and manage time planning to ensure on-time component and product delivery. Lead supplier qualification processes, promote corrective actions for product deviations, and support purchasing and R&D departments in evaluating new suppliers and developing components. Identify new technologies and supply opportunities while improving processes to remove defects.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Engineering, Economics or other relevant fields
- Background as Quality Engineer, Quality Manager, R&D Engineer
- Knowledge of industrial processes and technologies
- APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)
- English fluency (minum level C1 CEFR)
- Problem Solving attitude and 8D, A3 methodology (6sigma)
- Process Auditing experience

- Previous experience in automotive, white goods and automatic industries
